I painted after having visited the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge. Please check our there web page by clicking here.
The refuge is just south of Socorro New Mexico on the I-25 South of Albuquerque. It is quite easy to find and if you like birds the Black Ducks and many others winter there. I have been there when flocks of white geese take off to test the thermal winds and block the sun with there flight.
