"BEE IN THE RAIN"
  This painting was inspired by a Nova I saw on television one evening. Up to that point I did not realize that rain close up is a perfect sphere. So I went out and bought a crystal ball about an inch in diameter. The bee was from a photo I took in the shrub out front of my garden home.
  The watercolor did take rather a long time and it was not small all though it is SOLD,
