surface glass
painting & other
glass projects

Here I have assembled a number of pieces that do not quite fit into the other categories. The first are surface glass painting which I did a few years ago. They are not fired glass as the title would indicate but are painted on the surface of the glass with a plastic based paint. These paints are put to the glass, mostly opalescent stained glass, to bring forth what I saw in the patterns inherent to the piece of glass.
The next example is sand blasted clear glass. This one is across the road from our little Stained Glass Shop in Gruene Texas, many years ago. The other side of these double doors was existing and I replace the side that had been broken.
Then comes the Tiffany Lamps I built for Jerry Eversole back in the 1970. I did piece work for Jerry in those days and he is a great artist but I have long since lost touch with him. Click Here
and you will see him on the left side of the picture.
