"EARLY SPRING"

  This is a recent work for me, having just broken into oil painting. In Victoria, B.C., where I was raised, click here 
the climate is unusual for Canada. It is rarely too cold and rarely too hot. Spring time comes early and the first sign is the crocus. That is why I decided to paint them.
  The painting is on canvas and measures 20"x16".
